October Extended Chill Sister Circle

Before the clocks go back an hour, before the darker evenings draw in, we create a warming space with an hour and a half of calming breath work, mindful movement, meditation, relaxation, warming heated eye mask, refreshments and cake!! You are getting a night off! Time to reset and connect into our inner light.

There will be chilled drinks & chocolates; warming essential oils on the diffuser, chilled tunes on the stereo, blissful guided relaxation and plenty of time to kick back.
