Full Moon Shabang

On the next Full Moon we are doing the whole shabang ⭐️😂🎉

We all know how the full moon affects us!! So let’s prepare ourselves so we can sail through the day and night without being subjected to the wild energy and in fact we can harness the powerful energy emitted by Mother Moon 🌝

9-10 Gentle Yoga to soothe your body and mind with full moon meditation to connect with mother moon 🌝

10-11 Gong bath to soak up beneficial vibrations

11.30-12.30 Wild swim at Whitmore lake to immerse yourself in water , the healing element for emotions.

12.30-1pm Picnic by waters edge


You will need:-

bottle of water
Blanket
Swimming clothes and towel
Picnic or you can buy food and drinks at the cafe at Whitmore
You must book yourselves on to the swim at Whitmore.
We can car share if you don’t have transport.

Cost £18
Includes Yoga , Meditation and Gong bath.
