This is a Somatic Flow followed by Acupuncture with a Sound Bath experience so 3 modalities in 1!
I use a combination of Medical Qigong, Yoga Poses, and Lymphatic Flossing in my flow. Since this is done during a Sound Bath with Chakra bowls tuned to the frequency of each chakra, I have also tailored the movements we are doing to the bowls Zach will be using, to get the maximum benefits from the use of Somatic Movement and Sound Healing together.
After the Somatic Flow, I place acupuncture needles (or earseeds for the needle-wary among us) with the intent of promoting a sense of profound relaxation and wellness.
While the needles are retained, I will play the wave drums while Zach uses the singing pyramid on each person so that they can feel the sound waves vibrating throughout their bodies. This is designed to be a fully immersive, transformative experience. We're so looking forward to working with each and every one of you!
Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket, etc. to ensure your comfort during this experience.
