Join us for Newark’s beloved 4th of July Parade & Celebration — where small-town charm meets big-time fun! With over 400 attendees expected, this is your chance to showcase your one-of-a-kind handmade creations in the heart of our vibrant community.
What’s Happening:
After the parade, the celebration kicks off with a patriotic flag-raising ceremony, exciting kids’ activities, delicious food, a book sale at the library, live blacksmith demonstrations, old-fashioned pedal pull races, and Newark’s famous egg drop contest—for both kids and adults. We’ll have shaded seating areas, dining tents, and a bounce house to keep the little ones happy.

• Director is Tami Acosta/Wilder Farmers Market is the ONLY person handling payments

• Event takes place in Newark’s charming town square on asphalt
Vendor Schedule:
• Set-up begins at 7 AM Take-down begins at 1 PM
• Market runs from 9 AM to 1 P • Vendors must provide their own tent, weights, tables, and chairs
• Expect a response within 24–48 hours after submitting your form
All food vendors must have a cottage food certificate from the county to participate. Additionally, all businesses are required to have liability insurance in place. These are necessary to ensure compliance and smooth operation for everyone involved.
All vendors are direct producers of their goods. For handmade items, we require that at least 50% of the product be crafted by hand, ensuring a genuine, artisan touch in every creation.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, products, signage, and any other equipment or materials necessary for the operation of their booth. Wilder Farmers Market assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of vendor property, including but not limited to products, displays, or equipment. Vendors agree by submitting this google form participates will hold Wilder Farmers Market harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any and such incidents.
