Still one of the world’s most active hubs for recording Broadway cast albums, film scores, albums and large ensemble instrumental projects of all kinds, Power Station at Berklee NYC is both a multi-room, multimedia commercial studio, as well as a one-of-a-kind educational complex that is home to Berklee's Master of Arts in Creative Media and Technology. Tours at 11am and 1pm will include a look inside the iconic Power Station Studio A, NYC's largest dedicated recording studio, and discussion with Power Station house engineers about the technology and techniques that make this world-class studio such an incredible place to make music and to capture live performances.
This tour is part of NY Music Month, an initiative of the NYC Mayor’s Office of Media + Entertainment.
