Buggy Jive and Alex Radus Quartet in Concert

We are ending our Spring Season with two very exciting performers, Buggy Jive and the Alex Radus Quartet.

Buggy Jive is a soul rock singer-songwriter from Albany, NY. Equal parts Zeppelin, D’Angelo, Prince and Joni in sound and sensibility, his lyrics mine literature of the past to make sense of the present. His latest album "Hurry Up Please It's Time" contemplates songwriting and storytelling, love and literature, and the fears of a nation divided – but always balancing the heaviness with humor.

Alex Radus is hailed as a “versatile crooner” (UMCNashville) and “master guitarist” (Courier News), but his songwriting takes center stage. Alex pairs whimsical and poignant storytelling with an eclectic mix of folk, Americana, swing and blues. John Gorka calls Alex a “remarkable artist…worth going out of your way to hear”. Alex was selected as a 2024 Falcon Ridge Emerging Artist and “Most Wanted” to return.
