This captivating lecture will take you on a virtual tour of key landmarks from the era, including the iconic Eiffel Tower and the vibrant Moulin Rouge, while exploring the birth of groundbreaking artistic movements such as Impressionism and Art Nouveau.

Julie Averbach, from Yale University, is the Founder & CEO of smARTee, a nonprofit dedicated to providing live art tours that promote arts access, wellness, and lifelong learning. She is also the author of the new book The Art of Trader Joe’s: Discovering the Hidden Art Gems of America’s Favorite Grocery Store, which has been featured in The New York Times, Artnet News, and CNN.
