About the event

Yoga & Sound Immersion: Summer Solstice
Our monthly Yoga & Sound Immersion will be Wednesday June 25th from 6:30-8:00pm @ Ulm Sweet Ulm.

This month we are changing things up to align with the Summer Solstice 6/20 and the NEW MOON happening on June 25th!

What you can expect:
Gather in circle with a Solstice themed grounding medtation
Offer blessings for celebration and joy through a group nature mandala.
Engage in a tea ceremony to self reflect
Be nourished while resting in restorative yoga poses WHILE bathing in sound!

Registration is required and space is limited. Please RSVP today!
Self-care investment is $30.
