Eddie Shimota Band (polka/country/traditional)
The Eddie Shimota Band is set to open the Music at Memorial summer concert series at Memorial Park (by the two ballfields) 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11.

The Eddie Shimota Band has been around for decades, with Eddie Shimota taking over for Eddie Shimota Sr., upon his passing in 2006. The group play a variety of Czech waltzes/polkas. They also sing Czech songs during their performance.

The band is sponsored by Brusseau Investments/Shannon and Lisa Brusseau.
