Category 5

A new group this year is Category 5, appearing at Music at Memorial on July 2. Born of boredom, cocktails and a bit of bad luck, Category 5 was the brainchild of two musician friends
after a band breakup. A group that calls itself “serious about fun,” the band plays an ever- changing lineup of music that keeps the show fresh and entertains any audience. They play a
great mix of old and new, from such artists as Elle King, KT Tunstall, Garth Brooks, Poison, Carrie Underwood, The Black Keys, Joan Jett, and more. The band is sponsored by Bruzek
Funeral Home.
