Yoga at the Cabildo - Saturday's 8:30 am.

Join us for a Saturday morning class with Layla Ross at the Cabildo (701 Chartres Street) on beautiful Jackson Square. Classes are open to Friends of the Cabildo Members, as well as locals and tourists. The cost for members is $10 and $20 for non-members. If you have your own mat, please bring it, but we also have some available for free. Experience the physical benefits of yoga, including increased muscle strength and tone, maintaining a balanced metabolism, and weight reduction. Mentally, you’ll enjoy relieving chronic stress patterns, increasing mental clarity and calmness, and sharpening concentration.
