Step into the shadowy world of this anise-flavored spirit and its storied 19th-century café culture. We'll unravel the myths and truths of the "Green Fairy" while exploring how it influenced art, literature, and the New Orleans bar scene.
• August 19 – Sazerac
Discover the complex legacy of the Sazerac—New Orleans’ official cocktail. From apothecary roots to rye whiskey refinement, you’ll explore the evolution of this aromatic drink and learn to mix one like a pro.
Each one-hour session invites guests to sip, savor, and learn through live cocktail demonstrations, guided tastings, and rich storytelling led by our expert bartenders.
