The National Minority Quality Forum (NMQF) invites you to a free general health screening on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM a tXavier University of Louisiana | Mary & William McCaffrey Ballroom

General Healthcare & Resources:
Each attendee will receive a "Health Passport" to help guide them through their screenings and connect them to follow-up care as needed. Our mission is to promote early detection and link participants with critical health services.
