The session includes a mindful meditation session, interactive Table Talk with FSRSD members and other business owners, and a workshop titled "Putting Your Oxygen Mask on First: Prioritizing Self-Care to Be a Better Leader" led by Christi Venable, Founder of SMILE Therapy Services.
