This class series is an invitation to slow down, connect inward, and learn powerful practices that you can carry with you beyond the classroom. Through a mindful structure that includes movement, breath, grounding, and reflection, we’ll explore over the next 6 weeks how intentional choices can lead to deeper well-being.
DROP INS WELCOME! You do not need to participate in every class to enjoy the benefits of each class offering.
✨ What to expect over the next 6 weeks
Chair Yoga – A gentle, accessible practice that supports strength, balance, and flexibility while staying rooted in comfort and safety.
Breathwork – Discover the power of your breath. Learn simple, effective techniques that activate your body’s natural healing response and calm the nervous system.
Grounding Practices – Reconnect to the earth and cultivate mindfulness. Learn how daily awareness of your environment can support your sense of calm and centeredness.
Stretching & Movement – Explore the relationship between body and brain. Through simple movements, gain insight into the internal systems that help regulate balance and well-being.
Internal Exercises – Gentle techniques to strengthen the body from the inside out, nurturing organs, circulation, and energetic flow.
Throughout each session, we’ll reflect on the idea that we are all on a journey, and that healing is a personal, powerful path. You’ll be invited to consider:
“What do I want to choose for myself today?”
“How can I take charge of my health and healing?”
Whether you’re just beginning your wellness journey or looking to deepen it, this 6-week class offering will leave you with simple, supportive tools—and the inspiration to choose your path forward with curiosity and confidence.
