Summer Serenity-Sound Bath Meditation

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie down comfortably while a practitioner plays various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. These instruments produce harmonic vibrations and frequencies that help guide you into a state of deep relaxation, meditation and healing.
