A SELF-DEFENSE CLASS FOR QUEER, FEMME, AND TRANS FOLKS

We’re offering our community a welcoming introduction to self-defense in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

In this 2-hour course, we’ll cover simple techniques from judo and jiu-jitsu to help you safely get out of dangerous situations.

We highly recommend wearing workout clothes you don’t mind getting dirty!

Most exercises will be partner-based, so we encourage you to bring a friend (each individual needs to register separately)!
