Growing Together: Navigating Puberty Workshop

During this three-hour experience, you and your daughter will learn to navigate the flurry of physical and emotional changes during puberty.

We will discuss:
● Navigating Big Feelings
● Regulating our nervous system
● Body changes and what is” Normal”
● Learn Empowerment skills to increase self-confidence and self-esteem.
● Learn proper skin care.
● Participate in a female-focused yoga class to learn skills for addressing period pain, emotions, and releasing physical and emotional tension from our bodies.

This workshop will be a time for women and girls to come together to celebrate the step into womanhood, support one another, and share our wisdom and experiences. It will be a safe place to ask questions and share our worries. We will cover many of the things we were concerned about during puberty, but didn't have the resources or were too uncomfortable to ask. We will end our day together, participating in a closing ceremony to celebrate the journey of stepping into womanhood.
