Get ready for a day of fun, music, and fireworks as the Town of Greeneville proudly announces the 13th Annual To celebrate America's Independence Day, the Town of Greeneville hosts American Downtown annually on the Saturday closest to July 4th. For 2025, we will be celebrating on Saturday, July 5th.
The event starts at 4 pm with live music, kids' zone, and a variety of food vendors.

At 7 pm, there will be a hot dog eating contest sponsored by Top Dog Hot Dog Stand.
At 9 pm, the parade will start from Towne Square Shopping Center, traveling from Summer Street to Cutler, then onto Depot to Main Street. From Depot, the parade will turn left onto Main and continue to Tusculum Boulevard, ending at Greeneville High School.
At the conclusion of the parade, the spectacular fireworks show will blast off from behind Burley Stadium.
