Guided Mindful Walk

Engage in an interactive wellness event focused on mindfulness, meditation, and nature. This event is hosted by RAE Counseling and Wellness, LLC and facilitated by Amanda Smith, LPCC. Attendees at Sam Peden Community Park in New Albany, IN. Attendees are encouraged to bring a towel/blanket/ or yoga mat for the meditation as well as water. Please note there will be light leisurely walking as well.

Registration fee of $15 and will be collected at the event.
