Women's Circle with Sarah Beth

Join Sarah Beth for a heart centered circle with a new theme each month. These circles will include guided visualization, journaling, and sharing. Expect to connect deeply with yourself, and other women, as we hold space for each other.
Be prepared to create magic, and leave with a sense of community and support.

This is a safe space for you to be seen and heard without getting advice or being told what you "should be" doing.

Please bring a journal, pen, and anything you need to support yourself during our time together.
