4th Friday Art on the Town-Featuring Laura Snipe

Hi everyone! Warm weather is around the corner, I promise! Along with the warmer weather comes our next artist, Laura Snipe, who hales out of Eerie, Pennsylvania and now lives in Maryland. At an early age she would steal her mom’s paper plates and sprawl out on the kitchen floor and draw. As a teenager, Laura was accepted into a technical school to study art, and after graduating she joined the Air Force then following an honorable discharge she became a Deputy Sheriff in Prince George’s County, Maryland. After her children were grown she rediscovered art and has never looked back! Laura was recently named the Featured Artist in the Hartford County Magazine called Hartford’s Heart.
Laura likes to say “Stop, Look, Imagine and Paint, Paint, Paint!”
I have seen Laura’s work and the color is so vibrant, it instantly lifts your spirit and brightens your day! Please join us for light refreshments and welcoming Laura to our 4th Friday festivities!
