"Learn the art of modern calligraphy!
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn the basics of calligraphy, have plenty of opportunity to practice and develop the skills and confidence to create a piece of art to take home. In this class, Jenn will walk you through the basic strokes, the anatomy of the pointed pen, and will even break down the type of paper you will be practicing on.
The class is open to all ages, you do not need any prior calligraphy skills or even good penmanship. All supplies will be provided in the workshop, all you'll have to do is come as you are! Bring a friend or two, learn something new, and have some fun.
A mini mimosa bar will be provided, along with light snacks. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.

About the Host:
The owner and calligrapher of w.inks Modern Calligraphy + Design, Jenn, specializes in the fine art of calligraphy and hand lettering. With a background in corporate finance, Jenn happily traded in her suits for a pen and pursued a creative career in 2019. That same year, Jenn started w.inks and have worked in the wedding and event industry ever since then. Over the past couple of years, she's also led workshops, teaching and sharing her love of calligraphy.
When she's not busy writing or engraving, you can find Jenn trying to keep up with her two little boys!
