About the event

Chanting and Meditation Group
This chanting and meditation group is designed to tap into our inner freedom. We will have two 15 minute sessions of chanting and two 30 minute sessions of meditation.

Through the actions of chanting and meditation, the aim is to free all the thoughts and emotions stuck within our minds and bodies. And over time, the goal is to free ourselves from our unconscious programming we have built over our lifetimes and deepen our connection with Spirit.

The event is free and open to the community. Donations are welcome but not required and can be sent via Venmo to @Emmanuel-Weinman or by cash.
