Thursday Night Meditation at Narragansett

Join Kirsten for her 1-hour meditation class with light, hands on Reiki energy healing. During this experience Kristen will guide you through a mediation to assist the body in coming to a relaxed and restful state, followed by or in tandem with, an offering of the nourishing energy of Usui Holy Fire Reiki.
