What to Expect:

• Outdoor Yoga: We'll start with grounding, ease into gentle movement, take on a balance pose or two, relax in Shavasana, and end with some simple breathwork.
• A beer or hard seltzer is included in ticket price.

Make sure to bring your phone to capture memorable moments!

Schedule:

• Check-in: Begins at 10:45 AM
• Class Start: Promptly at 11:00 AM

Parking & Meeting Spot:

• Plenty of parking is available next to the building.
• We'll practice on the lawn.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat (or towel/blanket)
• Water
• Sunscreen/Bug spray

Facilities:

• Restrooms are available in the bar.
