Eat the Rainbow at Naples Regional Library

Join us for an interactive session that explores the nutrients in colorful fruits and vegetables, with samples of the foods. Participants will learn how to identify missing color groups in their diet and discover the health benefits of a balanced, color diet. This program is brought to you by the Harry Chapin Food Bank. Registration is not required.
