Jin Shin Sessions

Jin Shin is the ancient art of harmonizing life energy in the body. It employs 26 "safety energy locks" (SELs) along energetic pathways that feed life to our bodies. When these pathways become blocked, it disrupts physical, mental and spiritual harmony. By simply placing hands on the SELs, we clear the pathways and restore balance to body, mind and spirit. When the body's energies are balanced in this way, it promotes optimal health and well being and facilitates the capacity for healing.

A small group of practitioners will be present to share the art with you, our community, by giving mini-sessions. We will be putting our hands on anyone who would like to receive and sharing self-help methods to assist the harmony of the body’s energy. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind to experience the art of Jin Shin. No previous knowledge of energy work required.
