Chair and Chat

Join us for a gentle, welcoming hour of chair-based yoga, followed by tea, coffee and cake, and plenty of time to sit, chat and connect.

Chair yoga is a kind, accessible way to move the body, ease stiffness, improve balance and mobility, and support relaxation and wellbeing. All movements are done seated or using a chair for support, making this session suitable for all abilities, including those who may not feel comfortable getting down to the floor.

After the yoga, we’ll stay together for a relaxed social hour. This is a chance to make new friends, catch up with familiar faces, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being in good company.

No previous yoga experience needed. Just come as you are, take a seat, and be part of the community.
