Creative Writing for Wellbeing

Come and enjoy a gentle, welcoming creative writing session focused on wellbeing, self-expression and connection.

Creative writing can be a powerful tool for mental and emotional wellbeing. It helps us slow down, process thoughts and feelings, reduce stress, and make sense of our experiences. You don’t need to be “good at writing” or have any previous experience. This is not about grammar, spelling or getting it right. It’s about giving yourself space to think, feel and create.

Each session offers simple, guided writing prompts in a relaxed and supportive environment. You’re always free to write as much or as little as you like, and sharing is optional.

We’ll finish with tea, coffee and conversation, giving time to connect with others and enjoy the calm that comes from creating together.

All materials are provided. Just bring yourself, your curiosity, and a willingness to have a go.
