Ngong Hills Day Hike

Join us as we hike the spectacular Ngong Hills with the peak at 2460 meters (8070 feet) above sea level. The stunning views are evident immediately you begin the trek. This series of Hills are unmistakable with the windmills which are synonymous with Ngong Hills.

Ngong Hills was featured in the film ‘Out of Africa', which was based on the book of the same name by Karen Blixen. Karen Blixen suggested the name “Ngong” came from the Maasai word for “knuckles” and indeed the row of hills do look like a set of knuckles.
The hike takes 4-6 hours to complete.
