In each class, you’ll learn the art of sourdough, explore the health benefits of lactobacillus, and leave with a focaccia ready for the oven- plus your own starter to keep the magic going at home.
To add to the fun of this class you will make focaccia in which you will learn to decorate with fresh vegetables, herbs and flavorful olive oils.

What began as a love for sourdough has grown into hands-on baking classes that nourish both body and community.
In each class, you’ll learn the art of sourdough, explore the health benefits of lactobacillus, and leave with a boule ready for your oven—plus your own starter to keep the magic going at home.
Classes are limited to 12 for a personalized experience. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
