Sunset Cruise

Yoga.
Ocean.
Sunset.
A trio made in heaven. Join us for a private sunset boat cruise to a peaceful Bird Island location. Enjoy a light yoga practice including pranayama and guided meditation on the secluded shore, while the sounds and sensations of the Atlantic create a serene environment to decompress and feel connected to nature.

Refreshments will be provided on the way back as we catch the sun setting on the horizon. Students should bring their own beach towel to practice on, a jacket in case of cooler weather, and sunscreen if needed.

This is an intimate, exclusive event. Space is limited to 7 students. Must preregister. $155 per person, includes boat ride to and from Bird Island, light food and beverage, and beach yoga, meditation, and guided relaxation.

Pick up is at the boat landing beside Captain Archie's of North Myrtle Beach.
