The Muskegon Innovation Hub at Grand Valley State University is thrilled to bring Quiana “Que” Rice to the West Michigan Lakeshore to share her story and entrepreneurial expertise.

Que is the Founder of Detroit’s only demonstration kitchen and restaurant, The Kitchen by Cooking With Que that serves as a cafe experience by day & event space by night serving healthy and happy dining options for vegans and meat eaters to dine under one roof.

Honing in on her mission to teach people how to “Eat to Live™” Que is a culinary disruptor working daily to reimagine generational food education and experiences as we know it.
