We’ll begin with a guided embodied warm-up to arrive in the body, then flow into free dance on the open floor. An epic playlist will take you on a journey — weaving through soulful grooves, juicy beats, and uplifting rhythms — inviting you to unravel, release, play, and express yourself fully.
No choreography, no right or wrong — just freedom, fun, and authentic movement. Dance your own dance, as you are.
We’ll close with a gentle guided warm-down to ground and integrate, followed by the chance to connect over delicious chai and sweets available for purchase.
