What is Chair Yoga?
Chair yoga is a gentle, joyful practice that meets you exactly where you are no experience needed. This 60-minute class is thoughtfully designed with seniors in mind, using the support of a chair to help you move with ease, stretch gently, and build confidence in your body—safely and comfortably.
My approach is gentle, inclusive and deeply nourishing. This class is perfect for those with injuries, managing balance concerns or simply seeking mindful movement without getting on the floor.
But this class is about more than just movement. It’s a warm and welcoming space to connect, share a few smiles, and enjoy the uplifting energy of community.
You’re never too old, too stiff, or too new to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Come exactly as you are—because you’re never too old for yoga, only too wise not to try!
