SoulSUPilates combines the core strengthening and stabilization of Pilates - practiced on a paddle board! This unique, fun class will challenge more muscles because you are on a less stable surface. You will have so much fun you won't realize you are working those muscles from head to toe! Class includes a quick intro to paddle boarding, a paddle out to the class location, a SUP Pilates class, and then a return paddle back.

*Personal Floatation Device, Whistle, Anchor and Stand Up Paddle Boards are required for this class. Equipment is available for rent if needed, just message us for more information.
