I will be holding a group breath/meditation session this Friday morning at 9am at the Leichhardt lodge, and again Friday evening at 5.30pm at the Leichhardt lodge.
These sessions give you information on how to attain a flexible nervous system, why that is more important than having a calm nervous system and gives you tools to take home and continue the work.
After the session you will feel clearer, lighter, and more connected. You will feel the stress melt away.
There is generally no big emotional releases in these sessions so there is no need to hold fear about being in a group.
Please comment or message if you would like to attend and I will book the lodge in preparation.
All you will need is a yoga mat and/or cushion to sit on and a bottle of water. You can also bring a pen and pad for taking notes if you wish.
These sessions are $20 per person
