A one-day improv workshop made just for moms!

Whether you`re a new mom, a seasoned pro, or somewhere in between—this is your chance to take a playful pause from daily life and dive into a wildly fun improv adventure.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself (and maybe a water bottle)!

Through joyful games and scene work, we’ll:

Answer the age-old question: “Wait… what even IS improv?”

Flex our funny bones and rediscover our creative spark!

Say yes to ourselves and each other!

Boost confidence, presence, and spontaneity!

Celebrate the magic of making stuff up with other awesome moms!

KNOW YOUR INSTRUCTOR - Natascha Chadha

Natascha Chadha is an improv performer and educator with over 20 years of global experience. A mom herself, she studied at Northwestern University (alma mater of Stephen Colbert, David Schwimmer, Meghan Markle) and studied clown at the Dell’Arte School of Physical Theatre. An original cast member of Improv Comedy Mumbai, she has led workshops in both India and Europe, bringing a unique blend of creativity, education, and humor to every room she enters.

Get ready to step into a realm of boundless creativity, laughter and self-expression! We are absolutely delighted to have you as a part of our vibrant community and we can`t wait to embark on this exciting journey of discovery and playfulness together.

The class will start no later than 5 mins in, if you think you are gonna be late then please inform us ahead of time. If arriving late then please wait to enter until you hear us talking to not disturb the performances. 

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE CLASS

Please arrive ready to play! Take time before class to get in the mood to experiment and play. Carve out these 2 hrs just for yourself. Whatever is happening out there will be there when you leave the class. We will be moving a lot! Come well rested if you wish to get the most out of this class. 

Wear anything that is comfortable and allows a wide range of movement! Wear comfortable and secure shoes. No Flip-Flops allowed.

Bring water. There won`t be any breaks in between but you are allowed to bring water in the studio.

Bring a jacket, if you wish, as it can get a little chilly.

NO PHONES ALLOWED. Phones need to be turned off during the class.
