`Love the Stage` is a series of workshops that aims to help you fall in love with public speaking. In this workshop, learn to overcome your mental barriers and confidently speak to any crowd. We will use techniques from improv to own any room — a team meeting, presentation, social gathering, Zoom call, or a live audience. 

You will learn to:

a. Switch nervousness into excitement

b. Improv exercises to handle the fear of "mistakes"

c. Create anchors to enter in a high-confidence state 

d. Energetically address any audience
