Sisters Kamakshi and Vishala Khurana—musicians, educators, and founders of The Sound Space—bring their playful, immersive approach to this special workshop for children. Drawing from years of training under maestros of the genre and backed by their unique blend of classical music expertise and psychology, the duo has created a format that’s both fun and deeply engaging.
In this session, children explore India’s diverse folk music through rhythm exercises, vocal play, and storytelling. It’s a space where music becomes a way to connect with culture, listen with joy, and express freely. With experience performing across India and internationally, Kamakshi and Vishala are known for breaking down musical concepts in ways that are easy to grasp and a delight to experience.
