Free Flirty Friday Foundations!

Our Free Friday morning Flirty Friday Foundations is an intro/beginner to pole dance focuses on introducing fundamental pole techniques in an encouraging and fun environment. Take some self-care time while learning pole exercises to build strength, flexibility and core stability that's crucial for pole dancing and wrangling kiddos! This class is designed to help you enjoy working out, feel empowered, and perhaps discover a new hobby that builds strength and confidence! Bare feet welcome!

Our current students are also welcome to take this class. Bring a friend!
