Feeling a little worn out or overwhelmed? Come join me this Sunday at 4pm for Soul Flow Sunday — a soothing 75-minute class designed to help you gently unwind, reset your nervous system, and ease into the week ahead feeling calm, centred, and supported.
What is Gentle Yoga?
Gentle yoga is a slower, mindful style of yoga that focuses on easeful movements, breath awareness, and relaxation. It’s perfect for anyone wanting to move their body without strain — whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply seeking a more nurturing, accessible practice. This class will help release tension from the body, calm a busy mind, and restore a sense of inner ease.
We’ll begin with simple, grounding movements and breathwork practices (pranayama) to help settle your energy, followed by a slow, flowing sequence of gentle poses to stretch and soften the body. The class will then ease into restorative yoga — long-held, supported poses that allow your body and nervous system to deeply rest, recharge, and let go.
