Truffle Night at the Royal Hotel Cassilis

Most years, we celebrate the truffle season with a "truffle night" with friends and family. This year, we have a few seats spare for locals to join us at the table, outside our usual hours.

Tosh and Sean bring together French culinary tradition and modern Australian cuisine with four courses + cheese, featuring French Perigord Truffles from our new friends at www.oakshadetruffles.com.au, just outside Mudgee. We also feature mushrooms from Amber at Mylum Mushrooms https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61575793414417 in Merriwa.
