Join Kim for a deeply restorative 40-minute chakra clearing session designed to bring harmony and healing to your body’s 7 core energy centers.
The session begins with a 7-card tarot reading to assess the current state of your chakras. Each card corresponds to one of the seven main chakras—Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown—and offers insight into where your energy may be flowing freely or feeling blocked.
We’ll explore the meaning and function of each chakra, along with what it can feel like when one is out of balance. For example:
• The Root Chakra (stability, grounding) may cause anxiety or insecurity when imbalanced.
• The Heart Chakra (love, compassion) may show up as grief, isolation, or difficulty connecting with others.
• And so on through each energy center—giving you a full picture of your energetic health.
To close, Kim will guide you through a gentle mini-Reikisession focused on sending healing energy to your chakras for realignment and balance. Reiki is a form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s natural healing processes by channeling universal life force energy through the hands.
