On Saturday, June 14th at 8pm we're pleased to open the theater yard for an outdoor movie night, and you read it correctly: It's free! Double Bonus: We are still working out film licensing, so the movie title will be a SURPRISE! The movie will be G or PG and family-friendly. Gosh, this will be so fun!
We are still working out a lot of kinks, so we especially appreciate your positivity and encouragement as we get our new technology up and running for the first time. For us, this event is like welcoming all of you to our home. We want feedback, but we mostly want you to feel welcome and comfortable in this space, among new and old friends.
Some housekeeping:
- Seating begins at 7:30pm. Movie starts at 8pm.
- No tickets or reservations are accepted. Just show up! We have no idea how many people will fit in the yard or how quickly space will fill. Let's figure it out together.
- Concessions will be available for purchase. Just find a spot to sit in the yard, then head inside to buy your concessions to take back to your spot.
- Seating is first come, first served. No need to check in inside. Just find your spot starting at 7:30pm. Please be courteous of other patrons by taking only the amount of space necessary for your group, and placing lawn chairs and high-profile seating in the back along the privacy fence. Blankets and children up front!
- PLEASE, no outside food or drink. We have the lowest concession prices around, and the small amount of revenue we generate will pay for the film licensing for this free event. We are happy to fill your reusable water bottle with water or soda inside. Remember, if you bring your own cup or bowl/bucket you get 10% off! All refills during the movie are 50% off.
- Bring your own chairs or blankets! Bug spray will probably be ideal, too.
- This event is weather permitting, so if we have inclement weather the event will be cancelled no later than 7pm. Watch this event page for details.
