WHAT IS DISCIPLESHIP? - Workshop

WHAT IS DISCIPLESHIP? We may hear the word used at lot at church, but do we really understand what it means? Many see the root word DISCIPLE and assume that it is just for the very mature Christians, but they are thinking about the apostles... Disciples can be any age and any true believer of Christ who is committed to growing in their walk with Him and to being obedient to His word. So then DISCIPLESHIP is simply the process of learning how to live our lives as Christians and then passing that information on to others. Come and join us on Saturday, June 14th as we explore how to be more committed to this process in our churches as well as in our personal lives. The workshop will be held from 9:00am to 11:30pm at the office of the office of the Upper Ohio Valley Baptist Association in Moundsville, WV.
