Soundbath: Summer Solstice Flow & Sound Bath

Join us inside the peaceful and restorative space of O2 Studio Yoga for a full 90 minute sound healing session that includes a brief session of restorative movement to prepare the body for ultimate reception of healing sound waves produced by crystal singing bowls. The session will include a full chakra alignment through your sound waves produced journey and a meditation/dedication specific to the Summer Solstice (the longest day of light) and your forward vision on the second half of 2025 yet ahead.

Space is limited and these sound baths have a known history of selling out fast, book your space today! Participants are welcome to bring your own pillow and blanket to create the comforts of your resting space while receiving the sound healing, or use a bolster/blanket provided by the Studio.
