Aikido is a form of moving meditation

Learn the art of taking a fall softly, which is like learning self defense against gravity.

Learn the art of throwing, which is like hitting an attacker with a planet.

Learn to respond to conflict, whether a physical attack or emotional, in a resourceful way by being relaxed, centered, and fluid.

Aikido is adaptable to different levels of age and ability and there is no competition in Aikido, no trophies, no sparring.

Don't train to win or dominate, train to blend and harmonize.
