Vinyasa Flow with Brooks:

Immerse yourself in an invigorating Vinyasa Flow class led by Brooks. Through a series of synchronized movements and breath, you will experience increased strength, flexibility, and inner calm. This practice is designed to cultivate a deeper mind-body connection and leave you feeling energized.

Combo Class Package: (Yoga & Sound Bath): $33
